I am yet again very badly bruised from today's training, and I've gotten abrasions on my elbows. Well, that's one tough training down and about 18 more to National Schools, inclusive of our training camp next week. Hopefully these bouts of intensive training will do us good. Go girls, we'll make it to the finals this year!!
Food at Sakae Sushi was alright, albeit lacking in variety. Company was good, and I ate much much more than the 3 giants. So much for being a psuedo-giant, but I doubt I had gotten my money's worth. In any case, it wasn't such a good idea to feast after a heavy training. We were more obsessed with the drinks than anything else, and spent too long a time attempting to get our request for a jug of water across. Sakae Sushi should reschool their waiters. They need to be taught that there is a subtle difference in the volume held by a glass and a jug. Nevertheless, we eventually drank a tad too much and ended up absolutely bloated and uncomfortable. Scored a pathetic 75 plates and 6 bowls among the 8 of us, and I was planning to eat up the entire eatery. Should have asked the guys along as well, drats.
