The noun "teachers" seems to degenerate as we grow older. Or at least our opinion of them does. Not that they were ever held in high regard before. I remember the first time I got chased out of class almost 8 years back. And I still despise that woman for doing that. Most people thought it was due to the fact that I scored better than her favourite pupil. That was a dumb reason but it was a dumber excuse that she gave. Well, I still insist that I had not spoken to anyone during her lesson. How could I anyway, especially when I was sitting right in the corner alone. Nevertheless, the main point is that I've grown to respect her over the years, at least in comparism to the other teachers. It is a stark contrast between the teachers now and then. How the teachers then want their orders to be followed strictly then and how the teachers can't do anything to people eating or sleeping during their lectures now. Or perhaps it is how they remain oblivious to the on-goings of the student population. So presently, they just don't serve their purpose in the aspect of discipline. Not that I mind having much more freedom. Or does the problem lie with us?

p.s: Did I mention that girls are petty?
